Windows dedicated server host with 24/7 tech care?

Hi,
Want to host an ASP.NET application with SQL Server. The application shall be accessed by over 10k users. Mainly a database oriented application.
What server configuration i need to host this. What hosting provider is better from your views: GTHost.com or other server host? Any reviews please?

It's never taken them longer than 10 minutes to get back to me about any support ticket, and thus far 100% have been resolved within a few hours at most. GTHost.com control panel of the host, allow me to manage my entire server without restrictions, also I can restart my server when I want. Like their instant server hosting solutions.
